What is the United Vacations 2010 Product Launch and Educational Retreat?
A fun filled, multi-day, invitation only event featuring a dynamic business oriented trade show, innovative social networking events, a myriad of workshops featuring United Vacations choice destinations and partners.
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee is $259 per person. Additional days Thursday, January 7, 2010 can be purchased for $75/person. Sunday, January 10, 2010 can be purchased for $40.00 for per person based double occupancy.
The following is included in the registration fee is $259 per person:
1. Three (3) days / Two (2) nights lodging (January 8 and 9), double occupancy at the Monte Carlo Las Vegas Resort & Casino.. You will be roomed with another agent based on your rooming preferences.
(Single supplement is available for an additional fee)
2. Round trip air to Las Vegas, Nevada via United Airlines.
3. Many product and destination workshops.
4. 0.5 CEUs per workshop attended.
5. Trade show
6. Networking functions, including a breakfast (2), lunch and a gala final reception/dinner.
7. Additional Pre and Post days are available for an additional fee.
*Please note: United Vacations Retreat is an invitation only event. There is a limit of 2/agents per office. Hotel and airfare have been provided at a
discounted rate for attendees of the United Vacations retreat."
If you utilize the hotel and/or air, but fail to attend the
event, including at least 5 workshops and the tradeshow, you
will be charged full published airfare and hotel rack rates."
Double Registration.
Agents may choose the double-registration option to register two separate agents under one payment. The two agents will be sharing a room together. This option allows for agents to room together for pre and post days as well.
Flight Preference and Confirmation
1. Attendees are asked to select a preferred flight time of day for both the departure and returning flight to Las Vegas, Nevada and up to three (3) potential departure airport gateways (for example: New York City residents may select EWR, LGA or JFK as possible departure airports).
2. All attempts will be made to accommodate flight requests. 3-5 days after receipt of event registration an email regarding air arrangements will be sent.
3. Please respond to the email within 24 hours for ticketing. If we do not get a response within (24) hours, the ticket will be released back to United Airlines. Agents will be responsible for any fees associated with flight changes after final flight confirmations.
Accommodation Confirmation
Attendees will be paired with roommates based on the rooming
preferences selected. Specific roommate requests may be
noted in the field listed as "Rooming Remarks". No
guarantee of specific roommate is implied. Attendees using
Double Registration will automatically be paired together.
Attendees that selection "Single" will have a private
room.
Payment
Registrations are not considered definite until payment is
received. Payments can be made by credit during the
registration. The credit card
information is protected with 128-bit encryption. Charges
will appear on your credit card as, "MICHAEL J. PIERSON
ASSOCIATES", Laguna Hills - CA, the conference management firm
for this event.
Dress Code: Business casual dress is required for all
workshops, sponsored meals, the tradeshow and the gala dinner.
Cancellations
All requests for cancellations must be in writing. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $50/per person fee. If the airline ticket has been issued, all monies will be forfeited. Additionally, cancellations received after December 1, 2009 are subject to forfeiture of all monies paid.
Air travel provided under this program must be on flights operated by United Airlines. Tickets are not eligible for Mileage Plus credit, denied boarding compensation or refunds for unused or partially used tickets. If your flight is delayed or cancelled and you choose to fly on another carrier, this will be at your own expense. United will not refund any portion of your unused ticket.
